At My Perfect Home Match we use the latest web based search techniques coupled with old fashioned networking & word of mouth to find you the right home.

The most important part of the whole process in the “Home Buyers Questionnaire”. When filled out in whole it will paint a very clear picture for us of what you are looking for. It will also distinguish between wants & needs. We then create a very specific Criteria list that we begin to match against the thousands of homes available for sale.

Most people are familiar with The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) offered by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, but not all available homes are MLS listings. There are so many other types of Listings including – Assignments, Pre Sales, Exclusive Listings, For Sale by Owners, and Bank Foreclosures to name a few. We match your search criteria against all these other sources as well coming up with more options for you to look at.
